Finally I've got round to doing an outfit post. I thought I would have had a few more posts about my outfits up already but I'm always silly enough to forget to take pictures or never have someone around at the right time to take one for me. But here we are! These outfits I wore last week represent the pastel trend but also the increasing popularity of coloured jeans - especially in pastel shades at the minute.
So I wore this first oufit for to my friend Patrick's birthday meal. I tried out the popular pink and mint combination so when I found this sleeveless blouse and skinny jeans in H&M it was perfect! I styled it up with some nude paltform courts I've had for aggges, a white linen blazer and of course a leopard print envelope clutch. I never seem to wear an outfit without one piece of leopard print involved and I feel the bag works well with the pastels!

I apologise for these pics, they were taken in a rush but I didn't want to miss getting a pic of these gorrrgeous jeans. They were the first pair of coloured jeans I bought. I found them in Zara when I orginally went in to buy mint jeans but these caught by eye and I thought they wouldn't be so popular this season so I got them cause it's alllways nice to be a little different. They are a lot more limey than in the picture which is what attracted me to them as neon hues are also very in this season. As the jeans were quite bright, I didnt want to add to much colour on the top half so I went for 'white on white' for a simplistic look - I've been meaning to try out for a while and I think it worked! I then added leopard flats and my trusty Louis Vuitton bag. One thing to remember when wearing such light coloured jeans, DONT WALK DOWN MUDDY PATHS. I did so, and ended up with splashes of mud all up the back so remember to be careful!
The coloured skinny jean always come back into trend each year, it's just how you wear them and the tones and shades you choose linking with the colours popular in the current season determines the success of your outfit. I know i'll be wearing mine regularly throughout the Summer!
